ACT 235 LETHAL WEAPONS TRAINING
Anthony Arms, in conjunction with the Beaver County Community College
is now offering Act 235 Lethal Weapons certification at our facility.
The certified Lethal Weapons certification, known as PA ACT 235, is a
required certification through the State of Pennsylvania, for all
persons wanting to work privately and or professionally, and be able
utilize any type of a lethal weapon in the course of there
duties. Anthony Arms And Accessories is a state certified training
center for the PA ACT 235 training.
Persons interested in this certification may obtain all necessary
paperwork, applications through the Pennsylvania State Police Lethal
Weapons Training website, or by downloading and printing the (3) forms below.
Perspective applicants should take each of the forms to the respective
doctors for examination and evaluation and have them forwarded to the
address listed on the form. The applicant should take form
SP-200 to the nearest local PA State Police barracks, along with the
required fees, and they will forward to the state for the background
investigation. Once approved, the applicant will receive a letter of
confirmation from the state and he/she should bring this letter with
them to register for the training.
